I've chosen this nice hotel for staying here with my whole family. The rooms were good-sized and outstanding, with beautiful view at moena. The property had beautiful location right by the hill as well as garden outside. Furthermore, to the ski area.

All aspects of our stay were flawless.

We stayed during Christmas and the festive decorations were lovely. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the hot chocolate was delicious. The view from the hotel was stunning and the location was perfect for skiing, with the slopes just a short walk away.

The rooms were not comfortable at all, with no proper heating and the temperature was very low. The staff were not friendly and didn't give us any information about the area or activities to do.

Waking up to such beauty was a true highlight of my trip. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly. They spoke multiple languages, including English, which made communication a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was simply delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to mouthwatering pastries, it was the perfect way to start each day.

Nothing to complain about at all.

We were amazed by the beautiful garden outside, with chickens, goats and sheep, and the breathtaking valley view. the dinner options were amazing, and we enjoyed the four-course Italian meal. the hotel is very close to the ski area, making it easy for us to enjoy the slopes.

The mattress which was too firm.

Celebrating new year's eve with friends was great. the beautiful views from our room and the spa were breathtaking. the staff were helpful and responsive to our needs. the breakfast and dinner had a variety of options that were delicious and well-presented.

The location was not ideal as it was far from the town center and required climbing steep hills. the parking was tight, and the access was difficult in snowy conditions.
